Data protection
1. The seller processes the buyer's personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/679, to the extent that the buyer has provided them to the seller; to the greatest extent possible, this includes: name, surname, email address, phone number, and bank account or payment card number. The minimum scope of personal data that the seller reserves as a condition for concluding a contract and in which the buyer is obliged to provide their personal data consists of the following personal data: name and surname, email address. The bank account number or payment card number is recorded without being linked to other personal data in the accounting records on the seller's bank statements, and this personal data is not further processed in any way.
2. Specifically, these are the partial purposes of personal data processing:
a. Delivering the ticket to the buyer and sending information about changes to events or tickets;
b. Identifying the buyer in case of handling complaints according to the complaint procedure specified in Article 6.
c. Marketing purposes (sending commercial communications)
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
a. Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
b. Legitimate interest (e.g. marketing purposes, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
c. Consent (if required for sending commercial communications).
3. The buyer enters their personal data through the BZUCO e-shop website and software. In case of incorrectly entered data (e.g., typos in the name or phone number), the buyer is responsible for contacting the seller. The seller may also cooperate with other data processors, such as email service providers. The seller ensures that all data processors adhere to the same data protection standards and are bound by a contract that ensures adequate data protection.
The seller may cooperate with the following data processor: Ecomail, an email service provider that manages and sends commercial communications and marketing emails. Ecomail is contractually bound to adhere to the same data protection standards and ensures adequate protection of personal data.
4. The seller retains personal data for a period necessary, but no longer than 12 months, and then deletes the personal data. Email addresses for marketing purposes are retained indefinitely unless the buyer unsubscribes from commercial communications. If the buyer wishes to have their data deleted earlier, they may contact the seller and request the deletion of their data.
Data Review and Security: The seller regularly reviews and updates stored personal data. Personal data is stored securely to prevent unauthorized access. Buyers have the right to contact the seller at any time with requests or complaints regarding the processing of their personal data or to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Buyer Rights: Buyers have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. These rights can be exercised by contacting the seller at the specified email address or by filing a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
5. The seller keeps statistics on the number of tickets sold for individual events in each year. These statistics are based on the personal data of buyers, which is fully anonymized through the BZUCO e-shop software, making it impossible to trace back to individual buyers.
6. At events, the seller, as the organizer, creates photos and short audiovisual recordings for the purpose of promoting the events online. The seller strives to respect the privacy of visitors as much as possible during photography and filming. If a buyer notices that they are clearly recognizable in a shot, they can contact the seller and request that technical measures be taken to anonymize the visitor, such as blurring their face.
7. The buyer has the right to contact the seller at any time with requests or complaints regarding the processing of their personal data, or to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
