6. Complaints Procedure
- All complaints regarding tickets purchased through the website are governed by these terms and conditions and the complaints procedure outlined in this Article 6.
- The buyer is entitled to a refund for the ticket only in the cases and under the conditions listed below.
- The buyer is not entitled to exchange the ticket. In case of damage, destruction, loss, theft, or any other impairment of the ticket, the ticket will not be replaced with a new one, and no compensation will be provided to the buyer.
- The seller is not responsible for the failure to deliver the ticket to the buyer due to reasons on the buyer's side, especially if the ticket cannot be delivered to the email provided by the buyer (e.g., full inbox, spam filter, etc.).
- If the buyer has not received the ticket no later than 2 hours after the full payment of the ticket price (i.e., after the full payment has been credited to the seller's account), the buyer is required to promptly contact the seller and inform them that the paid ticket has not been received. This must be done no later than 48 hours after the expiration of the above-mentioned delivery period. For this purpose, the buyer is required to provide the seller with the name and email address they used as contact or identification details when purchasing the ticket. If the seller determines that the ticket was indeed not delivered to the buyer, the further steps will be taken as specified below in this paragraph 5.
- The seller agrees to resend the ticket to the buyer's provided email no later than 24 hours, but at the latest 1 hour before the event takes place.
- In the event that the event has already taken place, the seller agrees to refund the buyer the paid ticket price, no later than 14 days from the date the complaint was filed by the buyer.
- In the event that the event cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, war, mobilization, uprising, pandemic, etc.), the seller reserves the right to reschedule or completely cancel the event. If the event is rescheduled to another date, the ticket remains valid for the changed date, and the buyer is not entitled to a refund or ticket exchange.
- In the event that the seller, as the organizer, reschedules or completely cancels the event, the buyer who provided their contact information (email, phone number, postal address, fax, etc.) will be notified of the event's cancellation through this contact. The seller is not responsible if the buyer cannot be reached in a timely manner through this contact or if the buyer receives the notification about the event's cancellation with a delay, despite it being sent on time. The seller also bears no responsibility for the delay in transmitting this information to a third party.
- If the seller, acting as the organizer, completely cancels the Event, the seller will refund the full amount of the ticket price in the manner described below.
- In the event that the conditions for a refund of the ticket price, as outlined in paragraph 8 of these Terms and Conditions, are met, the ticket price will be refunded to the purchaser via the credit card used to make the original purchase, or by bank transfer to the bank account from which the payment was sent. The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation of the Event.

7. Privacy Policy
- The seller processes the buyer's personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2017/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data 1 and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), 2 to the extent provided by the buyer. This data may include, but is not limited to: name, surname, email address, telephone number, and bank account or payment card number. The minimum personal data required by the seller as a condition for entering into the contract and which the buyer is obliged to provide consists of the following: name and surname, email address. The bank account number or payment card number is recorded separately from the other personal data in the seller's accounting records on bank statements and this personal data is not processed in any other way.
- Specifically, the following are the partial purposes of personal data processing:
- Delivery of the ticket to the buyer and sending information about changes to Events or tickets;
- Customer identification in case of handling complaints according to the complaint procedure contained in Article 6.
- The customer enters their personal data via the BZUCO e-shop website and software. In case of incorrectly entered data (e.g., a typo in the name or phone number), the customer is obliged to contact the seller in their own interest. The seller stores personal data for the time necessary, but no longer than 12 months, and then deletes the personal data. If the customer wishes to have the information deleted earlier, they can contact the seller and request the deletion of their personal data.
- The seller retains the email addresses of all buyers indefinitely and uses them to send commercial communications regarding Events. If a buyer does not wish to receive commercial communications, they can easily unsubscribe by replying to the email and stating that they no longer wish to receive any commercial communications; in such a case, their email address is additionally removed from the mailing list. The buyer may also contact the seller directly to express their disagreement with receiving commercial communications.
- The seller maintains statistics on the number of tickets sold for individual Events in each year. The basis for these statistics is the personal data of buyers, 1 which is fully anonymized through the BZUCO e-shop software, making it impossible to retrospectively identify individual buyers.
- As the event organizer, the seller takes photos and short audiovisual recordings at the Events for promotional purposes on the internet. The seller strives to respect the privacy of visitors to the greatest extent possible during photography and filming. If a buyer discovers that they are clearly recognizable in any of these recordings, they may contact the seller and request that additional technical measures be taken to anonymize the buyer as a visitor, particularly by blurring their image.
- The buyer has the right to contact the seller or the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with requests or complaints regarding 1 the processing of their personal data.
8. Final provisions
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Complaints Procedure is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure shall not be affected thereby, insofar as such remaining provisions are severable from the provision held to be invalid or unenforceable.
- The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions, the Complaints Procedure, and the contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
