Do I need to register if I want to buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased without registration/creating an account.


What is the ticket limit per order?

Usually, a maximum of 15 tickets can be purchased per order. The maximum number may be affected by the specific conditions of individual events.

Are the tickets in the cart considered a binding order?

The order in the cart is not binding. If you do not pay and complete the order within 20 minutes, the tickets will be automatically released and the order will be canceled.

Can tickets be reserved?

Ticket reservations are not possible.

What are the ticket cancellation policies?

According to the terms and conditions, ticket cancellations are only possible in the case of a change in the date/time or location of the event, or if the event is completely canceled.

Do I need to print the tickets I have purchased?

There is no need to print the tickets, as our digital tickets contain a QR code that you can simply display on your mobile phone screen when entering the event. Therefore, we recommend that you have your downloaded tickets ready in advance.


What are the payment methods?

Currently, we only accept card payments online through a payment gateway, which is the fastest and safest method.

What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled to a different date?

We will notify you of any event cancellation or rescheduling in advance via the email address you provided, as well as on our website. If the event is canceled, the ticket holder is eligible for a refund according to the method determined by the Organizer.

What should I do if I have a problem with the card payment?

Make sure you have the correct card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVC security code. Additionally, check in your online banking if card payments are allowed and if you have set a limit for such payments. If everything is set up correctly, the payment should go through without any issues.

What should I do if I paid for my order but haven't received the tickets in my email?

If you haven't received the confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact our support at support@superticket.eu or use the contact form on our website. 

What should I do if the card payment did not go through?

If the payment is not going through, we recommend contacting your bank to verify if your card supports online purchases and if you have set a limit for this type of payment. The order should only be paid using the methods specified directly in the checkout process.

Do you offer discounts on tickets for children, students, and people with disabilities?

Unless stated otherwise in the event description, discounts do not apply to the event. It is also important to note that each attendee must have their own ticket.

What items can I bring with me to the concert/festival?

Always bring only the essentials with you to avoid queues and unnecessary complications at the entrance. Food, umbrellas, chairs, animals, knives, other weapons, and drugs are not allowed at concerts and festivals. However, all these rules are set by the organizer, so it is always a good idea to check the event's description for specific information.
